Supreming is a technique that removes the membrane from citrus fruit so it can be served in slices. This is a little more time-consuming. It removes all the tough and bitter compounds of the citrus, leaving a citrus that’s sweeter, more tender, and attractive in appearance. This process yields a better tasting juice as well.

- 2 medium tangerines
- 1 navel orange
- ½ grapefruit
- ½ lime
- a sprinkle of lemon zest
- 1 cup cold water
- Supreme all fruit.
- Feed the ingredients one at a time into juicer.
- Lemon zest can come directly from peel of the lemon using a grater or use lemon zest.
- Stir the juice throughly before consuming. Drink right away or freeze it in an air tight container.
