  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 2 pomegranates


  • Clean all fruits and vegetables thoroughly
  • Cut the pomegranate into quarters

  • Remove the seeds under water, so that they sink to the bottom
  • Discard the peel and membranes
